"It starts with your pineal gland and your third eye, or your mind's eye. Meditating is just getting yourself into a deep state of day dreaming. You then learn to slowly, over time, and with lots of practice, to control your day dreams. A good meditator, and we all have this ability, can control there mind's eye and actually remote view or manipulate things with their minds. You can go anywhere and do anything. The limits are just an illusion in your mind."
