Secrecy Legit, Or No?

It's well documented trillions of dollars have been diverted to "black projects" yet just what those dollars went to is not known to the public. The question is: Is the money being spent worth it? "Everyone wants to get good value for their dollar. Are these trillions beings used wisely, or are elitists lining their pockets? Without a proper accounting it's hard to know, and I'd like to know - since it's our money we have that right. We need transparency. It should be that now. That's the law."
