Patriot Act Like Enabling Act

"It gives up a lot of our rights, a lot of our freedoms. I don't know how the hell they wrote it and then passed it so fast. It's over a thousand pages. They're like, 'oh here it is we just whipped it up real quick like. No time to read it, we've got to get after the bad guys like yesterday.' It's almost as if they had it prepared beforehand."
